Western Union is a global leader in cross-border, cross-currency money movement. As Western Union AROC’s Site Leader, Von de Leon, never imagined that they will be part of this year’s Philippines’ Best Workplaces™- not even in his wildest dreams.

For him and his team, the Great Place to Work-Certification™ was a journey to assess their workplace culture – how they can do better, what they can continue. A journey of introspection and reflection that eventually lead them to being recognized as one of the Philippines’ Best Workplaces.

Watch Von and our Sales Manager Karissa Huyong-Manankil, in the second episode of our Employer Branding from the Inside-Out webcast.
