Sutherland’s unique employee value proposition had 3 main pillars: be yourself, grow your own way, do interesting things at Sutherland.

It is surprising how sincerity and adaptability were the key actions they chose to focus on, to strengthen their employees’ experience and ultimately improve their employer brand, even with the challenging impacts of the pandemic.

Keeping it real and walking the talk: in such an uncertain time as this, delivering on your promise can spell a lot of difference for an employee’s experience, a leadership value that can impact the business.

Watch Anil Joseph, VP of Human Resources APAC at Sutherland, and our Sales Manager Karissa Huyong-Manankil, in the third episode of our Employer Branding from the Inside-Out webcast, as he shares the values that are taking him and the Sutherland Leadership team, through the pandemic.
