About Synchrony Global Services

Synchrony Global Services Philippines is a subsidiary company that manages Synchrony’s call center operations and select back office support located at Filinvest Alabang and at Cebu Business Park.

Our thriving Manila office provides dedicated support to a wide range of our customers. We support three of our sales platforms – Retail Card, Payment Solutions and CareCredit – as well as several functions including Fraud Detection, Workforce Planning and Operations, Training, Finance, Legal, Human Resources and Sourcing. It’s a creative, high-energy culture, where people are encouraged to speak up and get involved in the community.

Known for our warmth and hospitality, our Cebu office is a highly collaborative environment. We take great pride in our creative, high-energy culture of individuals with different perspectives and unique ambitions. Our teams across Operations, Fraud and Customer Service provide support to a wide variety of customers and we offer our employees many opportunities to learn, develop and build their careers.
