We have experienced exponential growth in our marketing efforts over the past one year. We are now looking to hire someone who can run with our team and bring Great Place to Work® Philippines to the next level of accelerated growth.
Your main role will be to develop and implement online / digital marketing efforts to drive leads and customer experience. Core duties will include developing strategies and successfully executing them with our marketing team, having knowledge and practical know-how of current concepts, practices, and procedures in the online marketing environment to best serve the SaaS business growth plans.
It is preferable that you have knowledge with digital marketing, CRM platforms (Zoho), content-driven marketing, and current up-and-coming digital marketing methods including social, email, SEO and SEM, retargeting and personalization in the B to B space. Experience in traditional platforms would also be advantageous as we run events such as our annual Philippines Best Workplaces event which requires event management, vendor management and some public relations work.
Your main goal will be to generate marketing qualified leads, inspire Certification Pride to existing clients and their employees, lead the team in relationship and growth marketing.
Depending on your relevant experience and expertise, you may assume the role of either a Senior Marketing Associate or Marketing Manager for GPTW Philippines.
We are growing our sales team, and have a Sales Lead position open in our organization. Your main role will be to speak with organizations interested in our Great Place to Work Certified distinction and our Best Workplaces lists/awards. You’ll be backed by a team of marketing specialists, who will provide you with inbound, qualified leads, in addition to the leads that you generate. Your main goal will be to quickly close these deals and add as many clients as possible to the Great Place to Work customer community.
You are an advocate on behalf of Great Place to Work® customers and take a team-based approach on enabling our customers to experience the value of Emprising™ (our employee experience survey and culture management tool), Great Place to Work Certification® and List participation, our research and our Great Place to Work community.
The Customer Success Associate is responsible for overall customer well-being by supporting customers to set up and maximize the features of their survey platform, act as a connection point to our research and events and interact with our List business to ensure that customers can take full advantage of the value proposition of our brand partnership.
You are responsible for building client relationships that foster retention, and increased use of and participation in the Great Place to Work community. You also play an integral role in the on-boarding and client adoption of Emprising™, our employee experience survey and culture management tool.

To be eligible for the World’s Best Workplaces list, a company must apply and be named to a minimum of 5 national Best Workplaces lists within our current 58 countries, have 5,000 employees or more worldwide, and at least 40% of the company’s workforce (or 5,000 employees) must be based outside of the home country. Extra points are given based on the number of countries where a company surveys employees with the Great Place to Work Trust Index©, and the percentage of a company’s workforce represented by all Great Place to Work surveys globally.
