Together with his team, Christian has grown TC Acoustic from a single Singapore showroom to multiple distribution points across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong. With his past experience as an entrepreneur, he has infused the team with an enterprising spirit, spearheading strategies that have propelled their brands to bestsellers on Lazada and Shopee marketplaces; becoming a world-class ‘go-to’ partner sought after by retailers. People Above Profits and Relationships Above Revenue are two of his favourite principles that have guided his leadership and management philosophies. Anupam Trehan, Vice President, APJC People and Communities
As the Vice President of Cisco’s APJC People and Communities team, Anupam works with business leaders to create and align HR solutions that enable performance and accelerate Cisco’s growth. She is responsible for developing the talent and people’s strategy with a specific focus on ensuring that teams are equipped to build the best talent and workplace culture. Anupam has been a strategic part of Cisco’s operations for over a decade. She has worked in different roles, including Head of People & Communities for Cisco India & SAARC, HR Leader for the Engineering (India), and HR leader, Customer Experience (Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China). She is particularly passionate about developing talent and leadership, transforming organizations to drive productivity and engagement, and promoting an inclusive and diverse workplace. She has been a strong voice in this space and continuously shares her thought leadership in various forums both internal and external to Cisco.
Raymond Janse van Rensburg, Vice President, APJC Systems Engineering
Raymond Janse van Rensburg is the Vice President for Systems Engineering at Cisco for the Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China region. He leads the overall strategic direction and leadership of the Systems Engineering and Architect community, while ensuring this group meets the business needs of Cisco customers and partners. His team of Systems Engineers plays a crucial role in helping customers connect, secure, and automate to accelerate their digital agility in a cloud-first world. Raymond has more than 25 years of experience in the networking and IT industry, including over 20 years at Cisco. Since joining Cisco in 1998 as a Systems Engineer, Raymond has held several sales, engineering and leadership roles spanning Enterprise, Commercial and Public Sector in the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), and Africa. He previously served as the technology lead for Cisco in ANZ. Raymond is a CCIE Emeritus and holds a Honours Degree in Data Communications from the University of the Free State (South Africa).
